This area is considered significant where part of it is empty and also it is surrounded by approved master plans.
Number of inhabitants in planned area is 103 people inhabited in 32 housing units and area of plan is 24.7 dunum Neighborhood lacks general and vital facilities which are necessary to develop it considering inhabitants needs.
This plan is important where it can raise inhabitants living levels and protect houses threatened with demolition, it also suggests the construction of 162 new housing units, mosque, kindergarten, and specify 3 dunum green area IPCC was able on 13th July 2015 to open planning file in Jerusalem municipality, which is necessary to get the authorization.
