Authorisation of the Wadi el-Nis Outline Plan

On 18th November 2015, the International Peace and Cooperation Center obtained final authorisation from the Israeli Civil Administration for the Outline Plan for Wadi el-Nis, a locality to the southwest of Bethlehem located in Area C. The plan covers an area of 166.4 dunums with 67.4 dunums allocated for residential use. Prior to the final authorisation, the IPCC team helped protect existing structures within the plan from demolition orders and supported community development.
The work was funded by the British Consulate General in Jerusalem and the European Union.
