Authorisation of the Ras Tira and Daba’a Outline Plan

On 4th May 2014, the International Peace and Cooperation Center obtained final authorisation from the Israeli Civil Administration for the Outline Plan for Ras Tira and Daba’a, localities to the south of Qalqilya located in Area C. The plan covers an area of 210.7 dunums with 133.6 dunums allocated for residential use. Prior to the final authorisation, the IPCC team helped protect existing structures within the plan from demolition orders and supported community development.
The work was funded by the British Consulate General in Jerusalem and the European Union.
