This report summarized the IPCC work on planning area C until 2016 . Since 2009, IPCC has been engaged in planning efforts in Area C, covering 71 localities and protecting 9,460 buildings from demolition orders, benefiting 52,000 residents. The submission of statutory planning files and technical agreements on boundaries has provided a legal basis to safeguard homes. Of the 71 localities, three plans (Imneizel, Ras Tira, Daba', and Wadi el Nis) covering 569.1 dunums and 396 residential units for 2,012 people have been authorized by the ICA, with the latest approval in February 2015. Eight plans covering 2,360.5 dunums for 7,103 people are awaiting political decisions post-objection period, while twelve plans, spanning 15,263.3 dunums for 14,399 people, await approval for publication. Additionally, plans for 25 localities, covering 23,324 dunums for 23,134 residents, are under discussion.
