This report identifies the spatial needs to support the economic function of Area C, which constitutes 60% of the West Bank. The proposed new developments, including national parks and economic and logistic areas, are based on a comprehensive planning program. This program supports community planning across 78 villages in Area C, an initiative the IPCC has been actively involved in since 2009.
