This report summarized the Cooperation between the International Peace and Cooperation Center (IPCC) and UN-Habitat between to support planning rights of communities in area c , this program aims to enhance the resilience of Palestinian communities in Area C through sustainable development, building rights, and access to basic services. Key objectives include scaling up planning support for infrastructure investments, empowering local councils to engage communities in planning, and aligning planning systems with Palestinian needs.
