This report aims to examine and analyze the education sector in East Jerusalem, based on a comprehensive study of the potential for developing educational facilities to meet the needs of the local population. The International Peace and Cooperation Center (IPCC) conducted an evaluation of educational facilities in East Jerusalem, involving a detailed survey of schools. This survey documented the number and location of schools, as well as the number of students and classrooms in each. Based on this assessment, IPCC established a list of priority projects, focusing on the construction of new schools where needed. Additionally, IPCC developed planning tools to identify ways to improve the education sector. This study aims to encourage stakeholders to initiate projects that will contribute to the development of educational facilities in East Jerusalem.
