Implementing green village models in Palestine requires a comprehensive approach that integrates environmental sustainability, community engagement, and modern technology while protecting cultural heritage and ecological diversity. The first step involves identifying target villages, prioritizing those in area c , and conducting baseline assessments to understand local needs, resources, and challenges.

Community-led awareness campaigns and training programs can then foster environmental stewardship, encouraging villagers to adopt sustainable practices in agriculture, waste management, and energy use. Collaboration with local authorities and stakeholders is essential to secure land for solar farms, upgrade water and electricity systems with green technologies, and establish sustainable waste management systems tailored to the villages' needs.

In 2024, the IPCC worked with two groups from villages in Bethlehem, Ramallah, and Qalqiliya regions to identify interventions and communal model of eco parks and preserve green villages. Design groups with community members were created, and concrete interventions were agreed upon and validated by the communities.
