IPCC is an independent Palestinian, non-profit organization which was established in Jerusalem in 1998.

We support the development of a highly informed, competent and active Palestinian civil society that is capable of realizing its social, economic and political rights, through an integrative approach of research, urbanism, community engagement and capacity building.

• Shape public agenda(s) that supports the urban transformation of the Palestinian society and enhances its civil participatory culture.
   
• Function in a leadership and advisory role in urban planning, community development, and urban leadership training.
   
• Support the urban rights of Palestinians in East Jerusalem and Area C of the West Bank.
